AI Clothes Changer provides AI-powered image generation and virtual try-on services (including AI clothes changing, virtual fitting, and related tools) that allow users to visualize clothing and outfits on photos they upload. Outputs are generated by machine learning models and may vary in quality or accuracy.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and for appropriate, general-audience virtual try-on and outfit visualization. You must not upload, request, generate, share, or distribute content that falls into any of the following prohibited categories:

  1. Adult / NSFW content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or primarily sexual material; nudity, implied nudity, fetish content, or sexually suggestive depictions of people; use of the service to simulate undressing, sexual acts, or sexual scenarios.
  2. Violence / gore: Graphic violence, gore, torture, self-harm encouragement, or content that glorifies or incites physical harm.
  3. Hate speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin).
  4. Child safety: Any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, or other material that endangers or exploits children (including CSAM). We report apparent child exploitation to appropriate authorities.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Non-consensual intimate imagery, synthetic media intended to deceive others about a person’s identity or statements, or impersonation of real individuals for fraud, harassment, or defamation without lawful basis and consent where required.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property; generating outputs that reproduce protected works or brand assets without authorization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload (including likeness and consent of depicted persons).

Reporting Violations

If you believe a user, upload, or generated output violates this policy, please report it to us promptly:

  • Include: A description of the issue, relevant URLs or account identifiers, timestamps, and screenshots or other evidence if available.

We review good-faith reports and may request additional information. We may not disclose specific enforcement actions to reporters where privacy or safety requires confidentiality.

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated and manual measures to reduce policy violations:

  • Pre-generation checks: Text prompts and related inputs may be screened using automated moderation services before image generation is allowed to proceed.
  • Upload and output controls: We may block, queue, or refuse processing when content appears to violate this policy or applicable law.
  • Reports and review: Content reported by users or flagged by systems may be reviewed by our team; we may remove content, revoke access to features, or take account action.
  • Improvements: We may update moderation rules and providers as our service and legal requirements evolve.

Moderation is not perfect; prohibited content may occasionally slip through. You must still comply with these Terms even when automated checks do not catch a violation.

Enforcement

If we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, we may, with or without notice:

  • Refuse or cancel generation requests and remove stored uploads or outputs where technically feasible;
  • Issue warnings, temporarily suspend features, or permanently terminate your account;
  • Forfeit or adjust credits or subscriptions according to our refund policy and payment provider rules;
  • Preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or rights holders when required or appropriate.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent ban and cooperation with authorities.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-is service. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI outputs. We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, realistic, suitable for any purpose, free of errors or artifacts, or non-infringing. You use outputs at your own risk and must evaluate them before any commercial, legal, or personal reliance.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Clothes Changer and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
